Dirt Removal Belt for Egg Conveyors
The LUBING Dirt removal belt for Curve Conveyors consists of the driving unit and the support brackets for the plastic fabric belt as well as the end unit.
It can be installed easily into new and existing LUBING Curve Conveyor-Systems.
The Dirt removal belt transports the soft-shelled eggs to the driving side and there they are removed by the integrated dirt scraper at a defined location.
Hereby an expensive purification of the floor or the dirt plates in the Curve Conveyor can be avoided.
Advantages
- Dirt and soft-shell eggs are collected under the LUBING conveyor system. This avoids time-consuming cleaning of the floor or even the dirt collection plates in the conveyor system.
- Conveys the soft-shell eggs to the drive side so that they are discharged at a defined point by the integrated scraper.
