Insulated Cover for egg Conveyor Belt
The insulated cover allows you to protect the precious load of eggs inside a shell. The shell is made up of two halves that are coupled and are insulated.
It is a system that can be used both in harsh and very cold climates, but it is also equally useful for extremely hot climates, to always keep the eggs at the correct temperature for their maintenance.
The two half-shells fit inside each other and are fixed with plastic hooks, in a very simple and fast way.
By releasing the two half-shells, they can be slipped and you can therefore intervene even in just one section.
Therefore it is not necessary to remove the entire cover, but you can intervene only in a specific area of interest to carry out an inspection or cleaning.
The two parts are equipped with a gasket that serves precisely to prevent cold, heat and dirt from entering the tunnel formed by the cover.
The motor of the conveyor belt is housed inside a special compartment.
Even in this case, if I have to intervene on the engine, it is sufficient to open the upper part of the housing that is fixed only in the upper part, therefore by removing only this part you can bring out the engine in the open to carry out maintenance or cleaning operations.
Again you are not forced to disassemble the entire cover but you can intervene specifically in the affected segment.
