Vertical Conveyor
The vertical conveyor unit makes it possible to overcome the greatest height differences within smallest spaces.
The conveyor chain with plastic tab elements is the centrepiece of this unit.
This vertical conveyor chain inter- locks with the regular conveyor chain of the Conveyor-System and thus enables the eggs to be transported vertically without additional transfers.
Automatic egg deflector
The automatic deflector makes it possible to separate eggs on the conveyor belt.
It allows, for example, through connection to a computer to be able to separate different types of eggs from one shed to another: red hen eggs from white hen eggs.
Through the deflector, the conveyor section can be reduced and thus direct the eggs to one side rather than the other.
Insulated Cover
The insulated cover allows you to protect the precious load of eggs inside a shell.
The shell is made up of two halves that are coupled and are insulated.
It is a system that can be used both in harsh and very cold climates, but it is also equally useful for extremely hot climates, to always keep the eggs at the correct temperature for their maintenance.
Conveyor Belt Cover
As an alternative to the LUBING Insulated Cover, a very complex and technically interesting system, we have the Cover for Egg Conveyor Belt, which is much lighter and much simpler, and only covers the upper part of the conveyor.
In all those situations where total insulation is not required but you want to protect the eggs and the transport system from the elements and the sun, this simple metal system can be used, which is much lighter and much simpler.
Mobile App
The LUBING Mobile App was developed for two systems:
- Automatic Flush System
- Top Climate System
The App is available by invitation only, so it is not downloadable by everyone, but only for farmers who will purchase LUBING systems.
