New clip for the mounting of nozzle lines
The nozzle line clip item 7475-00 is for the mounting of nozzle lines underneath of a Ø 4 mm cable item 4426.
This installation is for mounting without height adjustment of the nozzle lines.
The nozzle line clips have to be mounted on the cable every 0,75 m, with 2-3 holder each pipe (depending on the tension of the wire) with the plastic rope item 4434, the clamping screw item 4436-00 and the eyelet wood screw item 4447 as suspensions from the ceiling.
The nozzle line clip item 7470-00 is for the mounting of nozzle lines underneath of a round pipe Ø 26,7 mm and the clip 7471-00 underneath a round pipe Ø 25,4 mm.
These pipes serve to reinforce the nozzle lines and provide the weight to lower the installation by winches.
The nozzle line clips have to be mounted on round pipe every 1 m.
The plastic rope item 4434 has to be fixed with cable clamps item 4433, on the central height adjustment cable item 4426, with a maximum distance of 3 m via ceiling pulleys item 4431 and with clamping screws item 4436-00 on the clips. The height adjustment occurs by winding the central cable.
